I’m Carolyne, Founder of HeirLoom Beauty Holdings, LLC and the creator behind K’rola Nail Pro.

My journey in the nail industry began more than 24 years ago, with a passion for nail care and a desire to create beautiful, well-cared-for hands and nails. What began as a career in nail services eventually became something much bigger—a desire to share what I have learned with others.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Puerto Rico, my experiences have shaped the way I approach beauty, self-care, and my work with clients.

My Journey in Nails:

For 15 years, I provided personalized, at-home nail services. Working directly with clients gave me years of hands-on experience and taught me that doing nails is about much more than creating a beautiful finished look.

It is also about paying attention to the details.

Preparation, product control, application, structure, shaping, removal, maintenance, and proper care all play an important role in the nail experience.

Over the years, I developed my skills as a nail technician while building lasting relationships with my clients. Their questions, concerns, and experiences also taught me how important it is for people to understand what is being done to their nails—and why.

In 2018, I obtained my Florida nail technician license, marking an important new chapter in my career. From 2018 to 2020, I continued developing my experience in a professional salon environment, where I refined my techniques and gained additional insight into professional nail services and industry practices.

Why I Created K’rola Nail Pro?

Throughout my career, I found myself doing more than simply providing nail services. I was also explaining, demonstrating, answering questions, and helping clients understand how to better care for their nails.

That experience made me realize something:

There are so many people who want to learn about nails, but don't always know where to begin.

I wanted to create a place where nail information could be explained in a way that feels practical, approachable, and easier to understand.

That's where K’rola Nail Pro began to take shape.

Instead of reaching only the people sitting across from me at a nail table, I realized that an online educational platform could allow me to reach and guide many more people—whether they are beginners learning the fundamentals, someone interested in caring for their natural nails at home, or a nail tech looking to strengthen their knowledge and technique.

What I Believe?

I believe that beautiful nails and good nail care begin with knowledge.

You don't have to know everything at once. Learning happens step by step, through understanding, practice, patience, and consistency.

That's why I want K’rola Nail Pro to be more than a collection of nail tips.

I want it to be a place where you can learn why certain techniques matter, understand common nail concerns, practice your skills, and become more confident in caring for your nails and hands.

My goal is not to tell you that there is only one way to do everything. Nail services, products, techniques, and individual circumstances can vary. Instead, I want to share the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my career while encouraging continued learning and responsible nail care.

Building K’rola Nail Pro

Today, I am continuing to build K’rola Nail Pro as an online educational resource where my experience can reach beyond the traditional nail table.

You'll find lessons, practical tips, nail-care information, beginner education, practice resources, and eventually more structured guides and educational tools.

I'm also developing resources designed to help people learn, practice, and build confidence one step at a time.

This is the beginning of something I hope will continue to grow.

From My Table to Your Screen

For more than two decades, I've had the opportunity to work with people one-on-one.

Now, through K’rola Nail Pro, I have the opportunity to take the knowledge, experiences, questions, and lessons I've gathered throughout those years and share them with a much larger community.

That is why I created K’rola Nail Pro.

To reach more people.

To make nail education easier to approach.

To encourage people to learn before they simply try.

And to remind everyone that caring for your nails can be part of caring for yourself.
